I'm michelle Grosser.
So, I decided that it was ok that I couldn't do it all. I made strategic decisions to change my habits. I quit the perfectionism. I quit the toxic mindsets. I quit the limiting beliefs. I quit showing up for everything and everyone around me and decided to focus on what was most important to my family. I found key ways to simplify my life. I set up vital systems in my home to free up my time and energy and I learned where I needed to surrender.
And for the first time in a long time, I found peace.
I felt like I was giving my all and still falling short. but nothing changes, if nothing changes, right?
I can remember back when I had a front-row seat on the hot-mess express. I was an attorney running a busy law firm by day, law school professor by night, all while trying to parent my kids, pour into my marriage, and keep up my home - and what I found is that I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and on the fast track to burnout.
And it doesn't include the pressure to do all the things for all the people. I teach women simple steps to reprioritize their lives so they can renew their energy, reset their mindset, and be present for the people and things that really matter. It's learning the balance of give and take, embracing the rhythms of motherhood, and setting important boundaries to fiercely protect your non-negotiables. Ready to start living again, like really living? Let's do this thing.
And now I'm on a mission to teach moms that there's a better design for motherhood.
