Welcome to The Calm Mom Blog! This space is home to The Calm Mom Podcast and I’m your master life coach, Michelle Grosser.
First, as a fellow mom, I know how valuable your time is, so here at the Calm Mom Blog and Podcast we’re gonna get right to the point with practical tips, encouragement, and wisdom for you each week. We’ll talk high-impact habits, health, marriage, parenting, work-life rhythms, spirituality, and so much more. We’re passionate about leaving a legacy and the truth is that is starts with us. With us moms being as healthy as we can be – mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Through this project, I want to hear from you! My vision is for this to be an engaging community. I want to know what your Mama dreams are and what’s standing in the way of them. What resources do you wish you had? What about motherhood is driving you crazy or making you feel overwhelmed? Who do you want to hear from? This is our space – let’s make the most of it.

This content is really good, but it’s so much better when you go through it with others.
- Reach out to a friend of yours, tell them to listen to the podcast and download this worksheet. Then, you can discuss the week’s episodes, hold each other accountable, and keep each other on track. Maybe treat it like a book club, choose a time to connect with your friend – so find whatever works for you – maybe 20 minutes at a coffee shop, zoom, via text, a call on your morning commute while you’re dropping the kids off at school, over a play date. Reach out to a friend right now and ask her, are you in? Let’s do this! Let’s take that concrete step forward toward meaningful change for you and your family.
