I’m a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and Trauma-Informed Master Coach. I specialize in somatic trauma healing: attachment work, parts and inner child work, and nervous system regulation.

So, I decided that it was ok that I couldn't do it all. I made strategic decisions to change my habits. I quit the perfectionism. I quit the toxic mindsets. I quit the limiting beliefs. I quit showing up for everything and everyone around me and decided to focus on what was most important to my family. I found key ways to simplify my life. I set up vital systems in my home to free up my time and energy and I learned where I needed to surrender.
Most powerfully of all, I learned how to regulate my nervous system. And now I want to teach you how to do the same.
