I like to think of a system as anything that takes the brain work out of it – anything from automating diapers being delivered to your door, or it can be a very detailed chart. – Anything where you don’t have to stop and think, what do I need to do next? What do I have to do today? What should I be doing? I know there’s so much, why did I come in here? Like all of those forgetful mom moments that we have all throughout the day, the more we can lessen those, the better we are as human beings, because that lessons that decision fatigue, which wears us out, which gives us anxiety, which helps us. – Laura Hernandez
