It’s easy to fall into, especially with the whirlwind of responsibilities that come with being a mom.

Today, I want to chat about the subtle signs that you might be stuck in survival mode without even realizing it. But fear not! Understanding these signs is the first step toward reclaiming your peace and vitality.

1. Always Busy

We’ve been conditioned to believe that being busy equals being productive. But here’s the thing – constant busyness isn’t sustainable. It’s a coping mechanism that can leave you feeling drained and disconnected. Take a moment to reflect: Why do you keep yourself so busy? Is it a learned behavior? A way to avoid discomfort? Recognizing the root cause is the first step toward setting boundaries and reclaiming your time.

2. Overstimulated

Moms are masters of multitasking, but sometimes the chaos can become overwhelming. If you find yourself on the brink of a meltdown during the evening rush, you’re not alone. Our nervous systems have limits, and too much stimulation can push us into survival mode.
