The 7 Steps of Burnout Recovery Blueprint
1. Awareness of the Mind-Body Connection
You can’t change what you can’t name. In Step 1, we decode your nervous system. You’ll learn the basics of Polyvagal Theory (in a way that actually makes sense) and identify your own unique stress patterns.
When you know what state your nervous system is in, you stop spinning in self-blame and start taking aligned action. This is the foundation of everything that follows.
2. Completing the Stress Cycle
Stress isn’t just mental. It’s physiological. If you don’t complete the cycle, stress gets stuck in your body and shows up as anxiety, fatigue, digestive issues, or chronic tension.
We use body-based tools like breathwork, movement, and somatic practices to move your body out of survival mode. You’ll finally understand what it actually means to regulate—and how to do it.
3. Optimizing Your Burnout Recovery with Embodied Habits
This is where we bridge science and daily life. We target the biological rhythms that directly impact how you feel: your circadian cycle, blood sugar, cortisol curve, and more.
You’ll shift the habits keeping you in overdrive—like skipping meals or relying on caffeine—and learn to support your biology with protein, sleep, movement, and joy.
4. Behaviors & Beliefs
This is the root work. Together we untangle the coping strategies that helped you survive—perfectionism, people-pleasing, control—and start to rewire them from a place of safety, not shame.
You’ll gain awareness of the nervous system patterns keeping you stuck and learn how to release them with compassion.
5. Emotional Regulation
Unfelt emotions become stored stress.
Here, we build the capacity to feel and release emotions without becoming overwhelmed. We use somatic tools like tapping, body scans, and embodied movement to clear emotional buildup and reduce the tension you’ve been carrying for years.
6. Become a Boundary Boss
If resentment is simmering under the surface, this step will change your life.
We don’t just talk about setting boundaries. We help your body feel safe holding them. You’ll get scripts, somatic practices, and real support to set boundaries with partners, kids, work—and yourself.
7. Master Your Mindset
Now that your nervous system is regulated, we shift the stories you tell yourself.
You’ll use the Be-Do-Have framework to embody the version of you who moves through the world with ease, peace, and presence.
